The one hemorrhoids medicine I found that worked for me. A complete, all natural system that cured my painful piles permanently.

Today I’d like to share with you the hemorrhoids medicine that worked for me. I go in to some detail about this here but, if you would just like to find out what it was, then click here to visit the product page.

Just like you and every other hemorrhoid sufferer I tried any remedy going. First up were hemorrhoid creams which did provide relief for a while.

These work by relaxing the tissue so it does not bulge out so much. Unfortunately, as I discovered, this is only a temporary solution. The hemorrhoid is practically guaranteed to flare up again and mine did – many painful times!

Next I tried suppositories and these had a slightly longer-lasting effect. Again, nothing permanent and I have to admit I hated the whole procedure.

Then there were the pills which are supposed to help reduce on hemorrhoids by regulating blood pressure. The big pharmacies push these hard but they don’t mention the side-effects which can be pretty severe.

I also don’t like to medicate unless absolutely necessary and the couple of types of hemorrhoid pills I tried actually made me feel so bad overall that I even went so far as to consider surgery. Luckily, it was at this low point in my life, that a friend told me about H Miracle, an all-natural solution that had cured her piles practically overnight. Click here if you would like to visit the H Miracle website.

What I loved about H Miracle was its upfront, honest approach. The system was devised by Holly Hayden, an independent researcher and former hemorroids sufferer, and is endorsed by doctors worldwide.

I tried the free sample they offered and was so impressed I instantly ordered more. Less than a week later my hemorrhoids were completely gone!

To be honest, I couldn’t believe it. This natural remedy had succeeded in curing my hemorrhoids where all the meds had failed. I kept waiting for them come back and they didn’t. Ten months later I’m still waiting. I have to tell you, I now believe in miracles. Or, at least, in H Miracle!

Holly Hayden’s system freed me up from all the pain and misery. It also saved me hundreds of dollars. I am so grateful I tell every fellow sufferer I come across which is why I’m telling you now.

With H Miracle it’s never too late to cure your piles. This works on even 3rd or 4th degree severity. It gets rid of pregnancy-related hemorrhoids and even on prolapsed internal hemorrhoids. If, like I used to, you suffer from external hemorrhoids then H Miracle provides such fast relief you’ll be sitting comfortably within hours.

If I can spare just one person the pain I endured I will feel I have succeeded. This is a condition that can be cured and I am the living proof!

Both internal and external hemorrhoids are severely debilitating and can prove difficult to treat. There is, however, a hemorrhoids medicine that has been proven to cure both effectively and permanently.

Most people discover that they have hemorrhoids in one of several ways. They either feel the lump of an external hemorrhoid when they wipe themselves after a bowel movement, notice drops of blood in the toilet bowl or on the toilet paper or feel a prolapsing hemorrhoid (one that is protruding from the anus) after bowel movements. Severe anal pain can result when an external hemorrhoid thromboses or a prolapsing internal hemorrhoid becomes gangrenous. At this stage, a sufferer needs to seek urgent medical attention.

There are two types of nerves in the anal canal, visceral nerves and somatic nerves. The somatic (skin) nerves are like the nerves of the skin and can therefore feel pain. The visceral nerves are like intestinal nerves and do not sense pain but only pressure. Internal hemorrhoids are therefore usually painless. They do, however, need to be dealt with using an effective hemorrhoids medicine.

When the anal cushion of an internal hemorrhoid carries on growing, it eventually bulges into the anal canal and can sometimes even protrude from the anus. When this happens it is called a prolapsing internal hemorrhoid. In the anal canal, the hemorrhoid is irritated and inflamed by stools, in particular the hard stools caused by constipation. The resultant trauma can lead to bleeding and sometimes pain when stool passes. Both internal and external hemorrhoids are severely debilitating and can prove difficult to treat. There is, however, a hemorrhoids medicine that has been proven to cure both effectively and permanently. To find out more about it, click here.

What causes hemorrhoids - the risk factors involved and simple home remedies. The best hemorrhoids medicine to cure piles permanently.

Hemorrhoids. Even the word sounds painful. No wonder so many sufferers would do anything to find an effective hemorrhoids medicine that actually works. Before we get on to that, I want to take a look at why people get hemorrhoids in the first place. But if you’d like to go straight to the product I recommend then click here.

Hemorrhoid risk factors include:

• Persistent constipation or diarrhea. These conditions may lead to straining with bowel movements.
• Being overweight.
• A family history of hemorrhoids. Often the tendency to get them is inherited.
• Being age 50 or older. Half of all people aged 50 or older seek treatment for hemorrhoids.
• Pregnancy and labor and delivery.

Then there are the factors that make hemorrhoids worse. These include:

• Prolonged sitting or standing. This may cause blood to pool in the anal area and increase pressure on the veins.
• Frequent heavy lifting or holding your breath when lifting heavy objects. This can cause a sudden increase of pressure in blood vessels.

Apart from finding an effective hemorrhoids medicine, here are some things you can do to help relieve the condition:

• Avoid constipation and eat more fiber. Include foods such as whole-grain breads and cereals, raw vegetables, raw and dried fruits, and beans. Limit your intake of low- or no-fiber foods, such as ice cream, soft drinks, cheese, white bread, and red meat.
• Drink 8 to 10 glasses of water each day. Avoid liquids that contain caffeine (such as coffee and tea) or alcohol. These liquids may cause dehydration, which can lead to constipation.
• Avoid laxatives because they can cause diarrhea, which can irritate hemorrhoids.
• Avoid foods and drinks that can make your symptoms worse. These may include nuts, spicy foods, coffee, and alcohol.
• Use soaps that contain no perfumes or dyes.
• Wear cotton underwear to prevent a build up of moisture which can irritate hemorrhoids.
• Wear loose clothing to allow freedom of movement and to reduce pressure on the anal area.
• Do not use a ring (”doughnut”) cushion. It will restrict blood flow and may make your symptoms worse.
• Regular, moderate exercise, along with a high-fiber diet, will promote healthy bowel movements.

As well as adopting the above measures, you can also practice healthy bowel habits:

• Go to the bathroom as soon as you have the urge.
• Don’t strain when passing stools. Relax and let things happen naturally.
• Don’t hold your breath while passing stools.
• Avoid rubbing the anal area. You can rinse off in the shower or on a bidet instead of wiping yourself with toilet paper. After cleansing, gently pat the anal area dry with a soft, absorbent towel or cloth.
• Don’t read while sitting on the toilet. Get off the toilet as soon as you have finished.

Home treatment, which mainly involves establishing healthy bowel habits, may stop your piles from getting worse. For an effective hemorrhoids medicine which can be used as a home treatment, click here.

Aspirin and other anti-inflammatory drugs such as ibuprofen, can cause hemorrhoids to bleed more. If you need to use a nonprescription pain reliever, choose one that is not an NSAID, such as acetaminophen (for example, Tylenol).

Here are some other measures which can provide temporary relief:

• Apply ice several times a day for 10 minutes at a time. Follow this by placing a warm compress on the anal area for another 10 to 20 minutes.
• Apply moist heat (such as warm, damp towels) several times a day.
• Go to bed and rest to take pressure off inflamed, irritated veins. If you are 3 to 6 months pregnant, you may find it helpful to lie on your side. If you are not pregnant, sleeping on your stomach with a pillow under your hips will help decrease swelling of hemorrhoids.

Some ideas for the management and care of hemorrhoids. Includes advice about diet and exercise as well as ensuring you look after yourself properly and avoid stress.

There are a number of things you can do that will help relieve hemorrhoids or possibly prevent them recurring. Diet and exercise are very important when it comes to managing this painful condition. If you are overweight, it is vital you get down to a healthy weight for your size. Regular exercise and including enough fiber in your diet are two other things you need to prioritize.

It is crucial that you do not try to diagnose yourself. See a qualified medical practitioner who will verify that you have hemorrhoids so you can manage them in the most appropriate way. Above all, don’t assume you have hemorrhoids just because you have rectal bleeding. It is extremely important that you get this properly checked out if it should be happening to you. Painless (or even painful) rectal bleeding is a symptom of internal hemorrhoids but it can be caused by other conditions although the younger you are the more likely it is that you have hemorrhoidal bleeding.

Once you are properly diagnosed with hemorrhoids, you need to adopt a lifestyle strategy. Avoid prolonged periods of sitting or standing if you are suffering a flare-up. The yoga poses for hemorrhoids involve being upside down and can prove beneficial although, to be honest, I found these of only limited use. Don’t let yourself become constipated so make sure you drink enough water and keep up that fiber intake. Never strain during a bowel movement and don’t lift heavy objects. Avoid standing out in the cold as this causes your abdomen to tense up, leading to (you guessed it!) more pain and suffering through straining. Stay bundled up in the cold and try also not to cough too much.

Stress is, I believe, a big factor in causing and aggravating hemorrhoids. You might like to try limiting your intake of caffeine as this simply adds to stress as well as dehydrating you further. For a similar reason, too much alcohol is not a good idea. Relaxation in a warm bath or sitz bath can provide temporary relief although unfortunately I have never found it to be of lasting benefit. Some people swear by herbs including bayberry and goldenseal but, again, these did nothing for me. There are, of course, all the remedies you can find in the pharmacy and I’ll be discussing these in another post. For now, try my simple self-care methods and I hope they provide some relief.

All about hemorrhoids - internal hemorrhoids, external hemorrhoids, prolapsed hemorrhoids and bleeding hemorrhoids. Symptoms of hemorrhoids and causes of hemorrhoids.

As everybody knows, piles are painful and inconvenient. Many women get them for the first time when pregnant but they can affect both men and women equally and most often occur between the ages of 45-65. I was only 38 when I got mine and it came as quite a shock. All of a sudden, my life was ruled by this condition that came out of nowhere and there didn’t seem too much I could do about it.

What is amazing is that an estimated 100 million Americans suffer from hemorrhoids and yet there is so little information in newspapers and magazines about it. Like most people, I had to turn to the internet for answers and when I did I found almost too much information. It became really confusing. From what I did discover, there are two main types of hemorrhoids. Internal hemorrhoids are less painful than external hemorrhoids and may not even cause any discomfort at all. The problems start when an internal hemorrhoid becames inflamed and irritated and can even bulge through the anal opening. In this case, it is called ‘prolapsed’ and can sometimes lead to surgery.

External hemorrhoids are almost always painful and can become thrombosed if a blood clot occurs. You can tell when this happens because the lump that is the hemorrhoid becomes hard. I suffered from this type of hemorrhoid and I can tell you it is very painful indeed. Other symptoms of hemorrhoids include bleeding or spotting, itching, pain and discomfort during (or sometimes after) bowel movements. Causes of hemorrhoids include age (more than half of us will get them by the time we’re 50), heredity, straining on the toilet or chronic constipation. Once you have hemorrhoids you are likely to always have them unless, like me, you are lucky enough to find a cure that works.
